Adam Everett was admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
The Oath of Admission was given at the federal courthouse in Downtown Charlotte in February 2024.
Federal courthouses in the Western District are located in Charlotte, Statesville, and Asheville, North Carolina.
I am dedicated to standing up for you in the District Courts and in the Superior Courts of North Carolina. The Constitution gives you valuable rights and protections which will be upheld.

Mr. Everett has handled thousands of criminal cases over 10 years as a felony and misdemeanor defense attorney, former prosecutor, and during his prior service as a Magistrate Judge in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Adam has defended and prosecuted infractions and crimes ranging from thousands of Speeding Tickets and DWIs, Assaults, Firearms Offenses, Property Crimes, Drug Crimes, and Murder.
Born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina, Adam opened this law office in Catawba County on June 1, 2022.
Before prosecution and defense work, Mr. Everett was appointed to serve two terms as a Magistrate Judge and he worked busy night shifts in a county of more than 1 million people.
Adam Everett has been licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina since August 2014.
Mr. Everett is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
